Max and Chris are talking about the Toronto International Film Festival 2017 this week.

That's right. This week John was not able to make it, but we have a guest! Chris Evangelista from Cut Print Film joined us for this episode. His work has appeared at /Film, Mashable, The Film Stage and more.

They start by talking about the other film festivals currently going on including Venice and Telluride. They also discuss that Martin Scorsese's latest film, *The Irishman*, has begun production.

The trailer of the week is Lynn Ramsay's *You Were Never Really Here*. The film won the Best Actor award for Joaquin Phoenix during the Cannes Film Festival.

Then the main feature is talking about the films of the TIFF Chris and I are eager to see.

Finishing off with a What You've Been Watching Lately: Chris - IT, Max - Good Time
