The biggest release month for Criterion is always November and this year is no different. One of the highest profile releases in Criterion history, Kpop Demon Hunters, is now available. Even for the people who think the Netflix release is enough, there's plenty in the physical box to please collectors and fans. In addition to that momentous release Criterion is releasing another one of David Lynch's films, Wild at Heart. Throw in the return of Harold and Maude to the collection, an underrated Sofia Coppola movie in Marie Antoinette, and one of the year's most acclaimed movies, Blue Heron, and you've got one of the most compelling months in sometime.
My most anticipated this month comes in the form of the phenomenal The Right Stuff which I've been waiting for a high quality home video release for some time.
